Abstract

This Uganda Standard specifies requirements, sampling and test methods for sorghum flour obtained from decorticated sorghum grains (Sorghum bicolour (L) Moench.) intended for human consumption. It does not apply to grits or meal obtained from sorghum. (This standard cancels and replaces US EAS 95:2011, Sorghum flour Specification (1st Edition), that has been technically revised). This standard was PUBLISHED on 2019-3-26.
